Cancellation Policy

Purpose: To provide clear guidelines on the course fees, cancellation procedures, and refund policies. Policy: 1. Fees: Course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. The fee structure will be clearly outlined in all promotional materials, including any early bird discounts or group rates. 2. Cancellation: Participants may cancel their registration up to 14 days before the course start date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing. 3. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request. No refunds will be given for cancellations made on or after the course start date. In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, the provider may offer a partial refund or course credit at their discretion. 4. Provider Cancellation: If the provider cancels the course, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course date. Participants will be notified of the cancellation at least 7 days before the course start date.
